Venture Shift has become one of the most anticipated events focused on the changing venture capital landscape. 

Hosted by Vator and Bullpen Capital, Venture Shift will be held on the evening of July 17, 2013 at Cafe du Nord in San Francisco.

Last year, Shift focused on the JOBS Act and how it would affect fundraising. In 2011, Shift focused on the explosion of new capital seeding a plethora of startups and the anticipated Series A crunch. 

Two years later, we've started to see the crunch. Importantly, we can now see the track record of the many newly-minted seed-stage funds formed a few years ago. How are they doing? And, what's the world going to look like as accelerators and incubators have become the new MBA program? We'll explore that and more.
